GAME CHANGER LIMITED WARRANTY: SELLER WARRANTS TO BUYER THAT THE GAME CHANGER WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP UNDER NORMAL USE AND OPERATION (THE “LIMITED WARRANTY”) FOR A PERIOD OF TWELVE (12) MONTHS FROM THE DATE THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED TO BUYER (THE “WARRANTY PERIOD”). ANY ACTION BY BUYER FOR A BREACH OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY MUST BE BROUGHT NO LATER THAN SIX MONTHS AFTER THE TERMINATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY, SELLER HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
This Game Changer warranty is made subject to Buyer’s proper use of the Game Changer as specified in the Game Changer user’s guide. This product is to be used only by professionally trained auto glass and collision repair technicians who must inspect the vehicle prior to use and determine the suitability of the utility use of this product. The Game Changer warranty does not cover any product which: (i) has been misused or used contrary to the instructions and use as provided in the Game Changer user’s guide. “Misuse” shall include, but not be limited to, danger resulting from negligence. IE: accidentally driving over the tool, submersion or over exposure to moisture, physical signs of intentional damage, cutting of components or pounding with a hammer, opening of the gear case or separating the case from the drill body, removing tamper-proof label. These examples of misuse are not all encompassing. The Game Changer is a premium powered cut-out system. Once the equipment is used, it is no longer able to be sold as new. Therefore, it is our position to honor a 30 day return policy with a 15% restocking fee for used equipment. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Warranty Remedies: As to any defect in the Game Changer covered by the limited warranty, Buyer may return the Game Changer to Seller and Seller shall, at its option and as Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy under the Limited Warranty, either replace or repair any product found to be defective under the limited warranty and during the warranty period, and such repair or replacement shall be delivered to Buyer at cost of shipping. Game Changer Return Policy
Rolladeck Industries Inc. will offer customers the following Game Changer return policy.
The Game Changer refund will be given within 30 days of purchase, with a 15% restocking fee and the buyer paying all return shipping fees. upon receipt of the tool in resell able condition, with expected normal wear. The Game Changer must be returned undamaged. No impulse buyers please, only serious industry professionals. We will still, at our discretion, honor a prorated monetary return based upon the tools condition, if it is not within the parameters of a normal wear condition.
